African American Youth Initiative |
The African American Youth Initiative (AAYI) continues to empower and inspire! Our latest event was a great success, bringing students together for a day of growth, learning, and opportunity.
Students participated in engaging sessions on financial literacy, life skills, media and scholarship application support, and more—equipping them with tools to thrive both in and out of the classroom. They also had the unique opportunity to tour Molson Coors, gaining firsthand insight into career pathways and the world of business.
As part of the initiative, students were encouraged to share their reflections with CAGC school members, highlighting what they gained from this experience and past AAYI events. Hearing their voices and perspectives underscores the importance of continuing to invest in opportunities that build confidence, skills, and leadership.
We’re already looking ahead with excitement—July 2026 can’t come soon enough!
