Dr. Elliott Moeser is the Executive Director of the Closing the Achievement Gap Consortium in Southeast Wisconsin. He has served as the Executive Director since 2014. Dr. Moeser earned his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Prior to coming to Concordia University Wisconsin, he was a Superintendent of schools for 38 years in the states of Minnesota, Idaho and Wisconsin. His superintendencies included Duluth, Minnesota, the Nicolet High School District and the Glendale-River Hills School District in Glendale, Wisconsin, and the Richfield School District. He has also been a Principal and teacher in Wisconsin. Dr. Moeser was an Associate Professor at Concordia University for seven years. He also served Concordia University Wisconsin in the capacity of Assistant Director of The Preferred Educational Partnerships Program.
